HOW DO I GET THERE?

We are located in Central Nebraska, 20ish miles west of Lincoln. We will give you more directions privately upon registration.

The Retreat: FAQ

ALL-INCLUSIVE WELLNESS PACKAGE

Imagine a specific time set aside to focus on your entire well-being—mind, body, and soul. No distractions, in nature, by water —to reconnect with your relationship with God and self. To completely let go, not dwell on what was yesterday but what could be to come. A simple wellness approach to a girl’s weekend.

During the retreat it is our priority to focus on mindfulness with each aspect of wellness. We begin the retreat with a “brain dump” journaling and letting go of all the things that are weighing us down. From there, we pursue movement to eating nourishing foods to relaxation—journaling how we feel when we do things that are good for us. This is not a women’s conference, simply a space we create that gives you freedom to let go of all of life’s stressors and take time to take a breath and recharge.

We specifically created this retreat balanced and doable for all stages and body types. From pilates and focused functional workouts, to wine and charcuterie boards. Camping under the stars to paddle-boarding and kayaking and everything in between. We believe nature is a place to experience peace and tranquility.  Our goal is to completely unplug, taking time for ourselves, leaving our stressors behind and in doing that allowing room to GROW.

We will be SIMPLY WELL together.
